Paton Training courses are presented by facilitators screened and approved by Paton. This is a demanding process as we insist that Facilitators “suit” the Client in terms of having a meaningful understanding of Client culture and preferences. Paton’s recruitment focus has created expertise in assessing and matching Client specifications. Paton courses are accurately customized and presented to meet Client requirements in:

Paton Training guarantees the quality of all our courses. Our courses are outcomes-based and on completion of each course, attendees can participate in formative assessments. Significant pre and post course evaluation is performed by Paton in order to ensure optimal standards and maximum benefit for Attendees and Clients. Attendees on Paton courses are requested to set out their requirements, expectations and concerns surrounding the Training Course in both pre and post course Questionnaires.
All course attendees receive useful course material content which can serve as a useful contextual tool to reinforce learning, after attending our courses.
